Greetings!
My name is Mike and I have been a resident of Wenatchee, more or less, all my life. I've been in many local bands, but have been blessed to have fallen in with the best group of guys in Wenatchee for the last 15 years, The Salmaon Dave Band and Illustrated Man! I am currently listening to Pat Travers Band, but I have also been listening to The Allman Brothers, Tower of Power and Gov't Mule. I'm interested in writing and recording my own music or lending any skills I have to those who do. Peace.

Hi,
I am Mary. I moved to Wenatchee from Seattle about 5 years ago and have enjoyed the change. My husband is born and raised in Wenatchee. Music in my CD player right now is the new album from Jars of Clay-The Long Fall Back to Earth. I just got the album yesterday and the lyrics and songs are great. My primary instruments are voice and flute, mostly improvise on piano, occasional piccolo, and I dabble at the guitar with a lot of guidance from my husband.
My favorite band would probably be U2 because they have done a variety of styles well over the years and managed to make quality, meaningful music.

Howdy Y'all,
Yes I really am the one and only Cliff Owens Country music superstar.
Well I don't listen to any music aside from my own.
I play bass and sing.
My band, The Cliff Owens Western Symphony, is looking for some local musicians to jam with and maybe play some bar shows.

Hey!
My name is Cameron. I'm from Cashmere and I've lived there all my life. The music in my cd player is actually a mix of many different songs and artists but Paramore was the last band I listened to on the mix. I play guitar. I'm self taught and I've been playing for about 4 years now. My favorite artist would have to be John Mayer because he is an incredible guitarist and an all around amazing musician.

Congratulations Avalon!!!
My name is Erin Smith, and I am a local educator and musician. I also run a community website called WenatcheeMusic.com which exists to support local music in the Greater Wenatchee Area.
I can't wait to see your new building and wish you the best of luck!

Howdy!
My name is Earl. I've lived in East Wenachee since 2000. The last song I listened to on my iPod was 'Five Minutes of the Latest Blues' by Justin Trevino and Mona McCall, probably the best REAL country recording I've heard in the past several years. My favorite music is Western Swing, a style of music that came out of Texas and Oklahoma in the 1930's that has a driving rhythm section and combines fiddles, steel guitars, drums, horns, piano, guitars with swing, jazz, blues and country. Tom Morrell, Johnny Gimble, Eldon Shamblin, Tommy Allsup, Bobby Koefer and Ivan Wood are just a few of my musical heros.
I am the Chairman for the Washington State Fiddlers' Contest held annually in East Wenatchee. I also teach fiddle, guitar and mandolin lessons and play with the Washington Old Time Fiddlers Association locally. I was the coordinator for the Wenatchee Youth Fiddlers from 2002 to 2009.
Congratulations to Avalon Music on their beautiful new building! I am looking forward to spending lots of time and my wife's money there.

Hi my name is joe
I have lived in East Wenatchee for 16 years which is also my age. I think the last song I listened to was Kyrie by John Michael Talbot (old monk music). I play electric bass at the High School jazz band (eastmont) tuba in the band, i play drums at my church, also sing, know some music theory(from Mr. Smith ^ (great teacher!)), and some piano and classical guitar on the side. My favorite composer is probably Phil Keaggy but i listen to almost every kind of music there is. I am also a computer nerd so yeah.

Hi my name is Greg.
Okay that post by Cliff is hilarious as long as he is joking. If he's not then I must have an autograph right now. How much does he charge for those?
Right. I'm listening to the band Palaxy Tracks.
I am from Wenatchee and play music type stuff. I use shopofolives for the "band" name because my name is not very cool and hard to pronounce. I am aparently one of hundreds in Wenatchee with a studio. I work at The Vault studio in Wenatchee. My company is flying hat productions. I look for local creativity and uniqueness and hope to record them and support their effort to do something worth hearing. I play bass firstly, but in desperation have taken up guitar and vocals to make music.
Favorite band is radiohead because they manage to keep making amazing intense songs album after album, and reinvent themselves and take risks.

How's it going everyone.
My name's Tyler, and I live in East Wenatchee. I've been playing guitar for 3 1/2 years now, and me and my friend are starting a band called Forged. The last song I played was The Sound Of Truth by As I Lay Dying.
Tyler Smith
My name's Aaron, I'm getting ready to move to Wenatchee and settle down after 20 years in the Army. Currently I've been listening to a lot of Tool. I'm a drummer primarily, but I picked up the bass again recently to help out in the church band I'm currently in. I've been playing the drums going on 25 years now, and I'm looking forward to meeting people and getting together when I get in town. Most of my musical influences are classic rock and progressive artists, such as the Who, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Pink Floyd, Tool, etc. but I'm interested in a lot of different kinds of music. I hope to branch out into acoustic trio jazz in the next few years. I'm also interested in building a home recording studio into my house... so I imagine you'll be seeing a lot of me at the store!
