Avalon Music has just received our first shipment of Ampeg bass amplificaiton gear. We could go on and on about Ampeg. How it put the first reverberation unit in a guitar amplifier. How it designed the first bass amplifier that could be used at large venues. How it is the most used and endorsed bass amplificaiton system by recording and performance artists around the world. But instead, we're going to let you read it all by sending you to Ampeg's home site. After you drool over the gear, be sure to check out the articles under History and the endorsers under Artists.
This gear is incredible - from practice amps to huge thunder makers. We're proud to be an Ampeg dealer. Let's make some serious bass sound!

I have played 25 years and absolutely love Ampeg, I have played through the B2R with 4-10's and a15" for 11 years now. I am an aggressive player but I like my sound some what clean and pushed no distortion just pushed. My past amps would get slight distortion and it drove me nuts when I my B2R the first show we did when I brought it up to volume sent chills down my spine and nearly a tear to my eye, the amps had a growl to it and packed a heart thumping punch the stage floor didn't vibrate, it moved. Wouldn't trade it for the world, except maybe another ampeg.
